An elementary School with Telugu Medium was started with 10 children by Sri J.V.Somayajulu at 41 A,Akbar Saheb St, Triplicane, Chennai-5 in June1954 and continued till 1973 with 2 teachers.

In the year 1974, this school was shifted to 106 Big St, Triplicane, Chennai with English Medium and on modern teaching methods. With the good spade work initiated by Ms.P.Jayasree, the present Correspondent the school has got very good name and strength of over 100 in a couple of years. This school was very popular in the area of Triplicane until it was closed down in 1999 for want of proper accommodation.
